We start with a 5 hour room hire package for 60 adult guests with room for up to 120 seated guests. We can tailor any wedding decorating package to suit your requirements and budget for your special day. Whether you are a DIY bride, Traditional bride or Fun bride, we will endeavour to deliver your wedding reception exactly how you dreamed it.
Our Wedding Reception room hire incorporates:
- dedicated function coordinator
- bridal table with skirting
- present & cake table with skirting
- white chair covers and sashes for 60 guests
- white bridal backdrop with uplights or icicle lights
- fairy lights over the bridal table
- white linen
- raised stage and parquetry dance floor with mirror ball
It is a joy to spend your wedding day with children and we can cater for them too by adding a kids’ area .
A wedding DJ, live band or jukebox can be organised to make your reception a memorable one.
A wedding beverage package must be purchased as part of the room hire agreement. We have a selection of beers and Australian wine and sparkling. A tea and coffee station is included as well as professional and friendly bar staff. Hourly drinks packages or a minimum bar tab can be set up at your request.
We have catering packages for buffet dinners, alternate drop menus and cocktail style food.
